Description: As the markets potential is growing ( the market is emulated by the introduction and spread of other lobster species and similar seafood products’ consumption in China), the Australian Client is looking to understand what drives the Chinese end-users decision making in choosing which species of lobster to purchase.

Output: After going over a first phase of desk research, interviews, and several other qualitative methodologies, Daxue Consulting administrated a survey in key Chinese cities (3 cities) to 1,000 upper-class Chinese respondents. The goal was to validate a value proposition route for the client in order to develop a future promotional strategy in China BtoC segment.
