Join us as a China or Korea market intern
We help companies uncover opportunities for entry and expansion in the Chinese and Korean markets. Our interns help execute our research for clients and expand our presence online by creating market research content and reports. We consider the applications of both Chinese and foreign candidates.
Join us for at least three months, full-time or part-time. Exceptional performers may have the opportunity to be hired full-time upon graduation. If you are suited for the following internships, please apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create well-researched content to market our consulting firm, which ranges from blog posts, to reports, to info-graphics and videos
- Continuously observe market and consumer trends in China
- Research Chinese market and trends based off journalist requests
- Write insight pieces based off market research reports and own research. See examples of insight pieces here: https://daxueconsulting.com/blog/
- Assist with the research and design of reports. See report examples here: https://daxueconsulting.com/china-market-reports/
- Drive effective teamwork and commitment within the Marketing team
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Has a good understanding of Chinese business and economy
- Reads and writes English proficiently, at least IELTS 7.5 or TOEFL 100
- Reads Chinese (simplified) proficiently
- Completed or working towards a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
- Journalism, Media, Marketing or international business background and interest
- Work well within a multi-cultural team
- Has an interest in business writing or journalism
- Ability to use Adobe products is a plus
