The group has been in China for almost 10 years but has had difficulties to fully develop and enjoy the Chinese market’s potential. The client’s management asked Daxue Consulting to draft improved sales, distribution, and marketing strategies.
Output: Daxue Consulting produced a thorough desk research on the market and potential clients (producers of steel, aluminum and paper), a benchmark of local and international competitors’ China strategies, an analysis of the client’s local distributors. Secondary data were then combined with series of qualitative interviews with the client’s potential customers and competitors. Findings of the research and Daxue’s recommendations on the group’s China strategy were detailed in a Business Plan.
