Description: The client is a fun and inspiring fashion and lingerie brand for young women. The brand has many stores across Mainland China and Hong-Kong. The company turned to Daxue Consulting with a request to conduct market research regarding its own consumers, in the hope of developing the company’s marketing strategy. Furthermore, the client was interested in developing an online strategy for opening its first e-commerce platform in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
Output: To answer our client’s questions, Daxue Consulting conducted a desk research in order to analyze and identify common clients and competitors behaviors in the young women’s fashion market. Then Daxue Consulting carried an online survey amongst the brand’s consumers (1,000 participants) in order to gain insight on the client’s consumer purchasing habits and preferences.
