Project: Distribution network monitoring in China
Description: The client is a provider of temperature monitoring equipment. It has been selling its products in China via two distributors. Considering the potential the Chinese market represented for the firm, the client Contacted Daxue Consulting to monitor the performance of its two Chinese distributors, and in particular their capacity to promote the client’s solution to potential clients.
Output: Daxue Consulting conducted a series of mystery calls and in-depth interviews (competitors, their distributors, alternative distributors, and potential clients) throughout the country to assess the performance of salesmen in promoting the client’s solution as well as distribution alternatives to better meet the market demand.
