Project: E-commerce platform optimization
Description: The client is currently reformulating its China offer. The online platform is not really adapted to the Chinese demand in terms of payment, returns, shipping policy, etc. Therefore, the client wanted to analyze the Chinese consumers through different qualitative methodologies administrated by Daxue Consulting.
Output: Series of usability tests combined with end-users focus groups that led to detailed analysis of needs, behaviors, expectations, etc. of the client’s target customer in China.
