Description: The client wanted to test a new Smartphone application, which enabled geo-localization and real-time data delivery to third parties able to provide assistance.
Before launching the APP within China, Allianz wanted to better map the Chinese consumers needs and perception toward its APP. In order to achieve its goal, Allianz hired Daxue Consulting for an in-depth research project.
Output: Daxue Consulting recruited and executed 2 focus groups with different targets. First, a focus group in Beijing with car dealers and experts. Second, a focus group with end-users. After screening the qualified respondents, Daxue Consulting administrated a face to face quantitative survey with 500 respondents and delivered recommendations on market acceptance and possible adaptations.
