Main Responsibilities:
- Show leadership to suggest, plan, monitor and edit China market research articles and reports
- Lead a team of part-time assistants, interns and freelance writers from content ideation to publishing on the website, to promoting content on LinkedIn, WeChat, Newsletters (See our content in our blog for reference)
- Participate in PR initiatives such as communicating with journalists about China business news, offline and online conferences and meet-ups
- Implement our SEO and SEM strategies, and monitor for algorithm changes on Google and other platforms
- Do a monthly analysis of our marketing data to see where we can improve, and what strategies to test, and how to allocate marketing resources
- Continuously learn about the Chinese market and consumer trends
Required skills:
- Majored in journalism, social sciences, business or literature
- Native or near native English, IELTS 7.5+; HSK 4+ or native Chinese
- Be interested in writing, exploring and understanding new ideas
- Have good knowledge of business and marketing concepts
- Be result-oriented, proactive, and analytical
- Love learning, and have a growth mindset, and be research-oriented
