Project: Online strategy
Description: The client is one of the leading group in ceramics. Its products can be found almost everywhere in the world, but the international group is barely present in China. With expansion plans in China, the brand is aiming at strengthening awareness of its brand, including online, a tool which can be the key to developing in a connected market as China is.
Output: Extensive qualitative methodologies to understand the Chinese consumers, its needs, its perceptions, its habits, and behaviors. The research was combined with a Chinese SEO/SNS project.
