In order to provide its partners (wine producers and exporters), Daxue Consulting was asked to monitor in-store strategies implemented on the Chinese market, with focus on pricing policies (by origin, by size of bottle, by year, etc.)

Output: Monthly monitoring reported on Excel sheets, including photos and prices description and evolution.
