Projects: Price Monitoring in Asia
Description: The client is an Australian company doing surface innovation and decors. To support its development in Australia, the group is sourcing raw materials from different Asian countries (Vietnam, Thailand and China). To give the management a better vision of prices and costs, and to give the client more background to negotiate with its distributors, Daxue Consulting was asked to monitor the prices of raw materials in the 3 targeted Asian countries.
Output: Excel report detailing prices per country of origin, latest evolutions and trends.
