Project: Store-benchmarking in China
Description: The client is major wholesalers and distributor of imported wine in China. In order to verify the degree of compliance of each store to company guidelines, the client asked for the help of Daxue Consulting. More specifically, Daxue Consulting analyzed its Wine’s distribution network in Beijing and Guangzhou, sending store auditors to each retail outlet. Differences between the stores and apparent inefficiencies had to be highlighted, in order to give recommendations on how to improve the distribution strategy on the ground.
Output: Based on the data collected Daxue Consulting collected in the field, an Excel file describing the consumer experience in each store, as well as recommendations, was drafted for each store. Our output allowed the client to better understand how its stores we operated on the ground and identify red flags that needed attention.
