Main Responsibilities:
- Manage an e-commerce website
- Upload new products and work with a designer to improve the website
- Optimise on-site for SEO and sales
- Manage logistics of products and answer clients
- Manage after sales service / answer phone / answer emails
- Manage our presence on marketplaces
- Manage payments to suppliers and logistics company
Required skills:
- Highly organised, excellent quality and timely deliveries discipline, hard-working and collaborative
- Sensitive to numbers, data, business and clients’ business challenges
- Setting an agenda and striving to reach it
- Pro-active, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill, be willing to take challenges and work under necessary pressure
- Results orientation
- Professional attitude at work and in meetings
- Quick learner, independent and pro-active
- Native French speaker will be preferred
- Bachelor of marketing, English or business, etc.
- English language capability in listening, speaking, reading and writing
