China has played an important role in the development of Essec. It has been over 20 years since Essec first began to cooperate with China’s main universities. Essec MBA started its expansion into Asia with Beijing International Studies University(北京第二外国语学院). Later, in 1988, it started exchange programs with The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology(香港科技大学). In February, 2002, Essec cooperated with Guanghua Management School of Peking University to set up exchange programs and double major programs.
