Description: The client is a French company working in the
composite materials industry. Its main business is in big projects with other businesses (real-estate developers, compounds, etc.). Its high-end products are everywhere, but the brand itself is not recognized by its consumers. In order to raise its brand awareness, and thus improve its sales in China, Serge Ferrari needs to understand its final consumer in China, how he behave, what does he like, how much does he pay, etc.
