Project: Consumer analysis in China
Description: The cosmetics market is booming in China. Along with the development of preferences and perceptions of Chinese consumers, the brands are fighting restlessly to conquer and take advantage of China cosmetics market synergy (natural, organic, whitening, etc.). The client is one of the top players in the market but still, has to constantly develop new products, new technologies in order to keep its customers, and attract new ones. Currently, the brand is targeting a niche segment and needs as much information as possible on its target customers to develop an efficient China strategy.
Output: Daxue Consulting was contacted to execute series of Focus Groups in Shanghai, and probe the product’s target customers in order to identify and assess preferences, expectations, using behaviors, etc.
