Main Responsibilities:
- Create strategic, insights-driven social media marketing plans
- Design and manage social ad campaigns (on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)
- Work with SEO Manager in creating engaging contents for social media platforms (e.g. WeChat, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)
- Oversee design/Design marketing material optimized for social media (ie: posts, covers, thumbnail and featured images, etc.)
- Track effectiveness of social media efforts with relevance to data analysis (ROI and KPIs)
Required skills:
- Self-starter, highly motivated and engaged in social media activities
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- 2-3 years experience in social media and/or digital media (or digital agency experience)
- Understanding of social media tools, and social media marketing tools
- Experience using media software tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Organized, able to operate independently but collaborate together in a team and across multiple reporting lines
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or other business-related field
- Experience using programs and software including Photoshop and Illustrator would be a plus
